- Separate board with duties overseeing additions and improvements to Lancaster County’s fairgrounds DBA Sandhills Global Event Center funded by property tax bonds
- Five member board with designated by their respective boards for one-year terms that start in January of each year
- three members from the Lancaster County Ag Society
- two members from the Lancaster County Board
- Public meetings held two times a year at this time:
- January for annual officer elections
- September for approval of budget due to the State of Nebraska
