At RVUniverse Campgrounds, we have a variety of short- and long-term camping options and services.

*Please note that campsite reservations may be affected by event schedules, including black-out dates for one or two events annually.

Long-term campers may be asked to relocate to another campsite during their stay to allow for event logistics. Ask for details when you check-in.

Short-Term (up to 14 days)

Nightly Rate:

(up to 6 consecutive nights)

Spring to Fall: $35 per night

Winter No Water: $30 per night (approx. Oct 16-April 14)

Weekly Rate:

(7 or 14 consecutive nights commitment)

Spring to Fall: $210 per week

Winter No Water: $182 per week (approx. Oct 16-April 14)

Reservations for Short-Term Stays

(1-14 consecutive nights commitment)

  • Reserve no less than 48 hours in advance so your campsite will be opened & ready for your arrival
Reserve Up To 14 Day Stay

 

  • For arrivals in less than 48 hours, call the Main Office (M-F, 8-4:30) at 402.441.6545, option 0.
  • If you do not have a reservation prior to arrival, call the Manager on Duty at 402.429.4536 and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Long-Term (over 14 days)

Monthly Rates:

(31 consecutive nights commitment)

Spring to Fall: $651 per month

Winter No Water: $182 per week (approx. Oct 16-April 14)

  • Savings of 40% off the nightly rate
  • A month is 31 days including day of check-in
  • May stay for up to 3 months
  • Stays over 3 months are only considered on exception basis for campers in good standing on long-term work contracts.
    • Please submit request by email no less than 3 weeks before the end of your 3-month term

Application & Reservation Process for Long-Term Stays

(31 consecutive nights commitment)

  1. An approved Long-term Campground Application is required 14 days PRIOR to reserving or arriving for an over 14 day stay campsite.
  2. A background check will be conducted upon receiving your completed application.

Services Included with Your Campsite

Campsite Services:

  • Water and electrical access at each campsite (water determined by annual freeze weather)
  • Reasonably priced sewer and/or winter water truck service
  • High-speed Wi-Fi available at a reasonable cost with long-term discounts
    • Access from any building & the campground
    • Speed available to stream TV, movies and games
    • Starting from $1.95 per day per device or $99.95 monthly for 5 devices
    • Connect to SGEC Guest network on your device. Then open up your browser to choose an affordable wireless service option with speeds up to 50MBps
  • The SGEC team is on the grounds daily to answer your questions, usually 7 days a week as we have 500 event days each year, plus there’s 24/7 phone access if your need is urgent.

On Grounds Services:

  • Single dump station in parking lot at year-round campground south entrance
  • David Murdock trail for walking or jogging on the southern edge of the site (https://www.lincoln.org/listing/murdock-trail/2849/)
  • Stevens Creek hiking or dog walking on the eastern edge of the site
  • Cafes open during events (event entrance ticket may be required)
  • General Store in EquineMarket Pavilion (open during events – snacks & questions)
  • Showers & Laundry machines are located nearby in FR8Star Pavilion (for long-term stays only)

  • Gas stations, banks, three major grocery/pharmacy stores (Walmart, HyVee, Russ’s Market), multiple restaurants, bars & shops including along 84th Street to the south and in the historic Havelock district to the west on Havelock Ave.
